Operational data is evidence to verify, not a recommendation or guarantee.
EFFECTIVE 1 AUGUST 2026 · COUNSEL REVIEW NOT CLAIMED
Terms of use
The service provides informational operational data. It is not investment, legal, tax, custody, brokerage, execution, or other professional advice. Nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, suitability assessment, endorsement, or guarantee. You must verify critical information against primary sources and the exact canonical contract before acting.
Free accounts
If free accounts are enabled, you may use an OAuth-authenticated workspace and header-only API keys subject to security and rate controls. Keep session and key material confidential, rotate or revoke it when exposed, and do not bypass limits. FREE is the only executable entitlement. Paid plans, billing, checkout, higher limits, warehouse delivery, and payment processing are not offered by this release, regardless of client input or configuration.
Data and availability
Blockchain, registry, oracle, market-reference, and operational data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, revised, or wrong. The service is independent, provided as available without warranties, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood or any issuer.
Acceptable automated access
Reasonable read-only public access and authenticated free-key access are welcome within documented limits. Do not disrupt the service, bypass protective controls, scrape account surfaces, share credentials publicly, use the service as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision, or misrepresent cached data as current or endorsed.
Deletion, suspension, and liability
You may delete a free account through its dashboard. We may revoke credentials that threaten security, availability, or the rights of others. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. These terms describe the release but do not claim qualified-counsel approval.
